Formula Jnr 105E/109E Race Block/Duplex Chain

Formula Jnr 105E/109E race block ready for use. A very involved piece with major amounts of work carried out to achieve reliability. We start with an acid cleaned crack checked block, it is then installed with thickwall liners which adds to structural rigidity, the block is then finished in the bores for your JE Pistons and rings (available from us) and decked for flatness. Steel caps are then installed. The main line bore is then refinished usually to +.015 main housing size. New cam bearings are installed, the block is then thoroughly cleaned before being undercoated ready for customers paint. Duplex gear set for cam drive is not included.
