Formula Junior 105E/109E Race Block with gear driven cam equipment

Formula Junior 105E/109E Race Block. A very involved piece with major amounts of work carried out achieve reliability. We start with an acid cleaned crack checked block, it is then installed with thickwall liners which adds to structure rigidity, the block is then finished in the bores for your JE Pistons and rings (which are available from us), it is then decked for flatness. Steel caps are then installed including the extended gear driven front cap. The main line bore is then refinished usually to +.015 main housing size. The gear driven idler hole is then bored to size after the installation of new cam bearings, after thorough clean up the block is under coated ready for customers paint. Price quoted includes all the gear drive equipment. (Reduction can be made if customer has their own)
